Incompatible use defines areas that go against the general nature of the community. The biggest instance of this is along U.S. 1 where you have commercial and light industrial intruding on the residential |
areas. More complete definition of zoning areas is needed through buffering, as well as the rehabilitation of the residences in the ULI zones, making them viable commercial businesses.

|
Visual buffering is the enhancement of the community by blocking potentially negative areas. This needed most in areas around the community that fall into the |
realm of visual blight. The buffering would be completed through the use of landscape materials that would aesthetically improve the space.
